Prefer to leave the planning paperwork to someone else? We can manage the application process, including preparing and coordinating the submission, dealing with validation requirements, liaising with the local planning authority and providing reasonable monitoring through to determination.
Changing how a building or premises is used can raise some surprisingly complicated planning questions. We provide advice and application support for commercial changes of use, helping businesses understand the planning requirements and navigate the process.
Already prepared your application or Planning Statement but want an experienced planner to take a fresh look? Express surcharge: 25% of the agreed standard fee, subject to a minimum of £150.
Subject to availability, project complexity and receipt of all necessary information. Express service covers priority preparation, not faster decisions by the local planning authority. Please mention your deadline when enquiring.
Our consultancy fees are agreed in advance, based on the nature and scope of your project, so you’ll know exactly what’s included before work begins. Occasionally, additional work may be necessary or advisable as a project progresses. If this falls outside the agreed scope, we’ll discuss any additional fees with you before proceeding.
Additional costs, such as planning drawings, local authority application fees, surveys and specialist reports, are charged separately where required.
